Our Wildlife Rescue Centre is staffed solely with dedicated volunteers.
Members of the public use this local centre as a drop off point for orphaned, sick and injured wildlife. Here the patient is assessed, given whatever immediate care is needed then taken to a vet or a carer. The Centre also serves as a venue for workshops. Wildlife supplies can be purchased by carers for a wide range of animals.
Like many community based organisations, we rely on the work of outstanding volunteers and carers. Caring for orphaned, sick or injured wildlife can be expensive and all overhead expenses are covered by donations.
We encourage the public to give generously, join FNQ Wildlife Rescue (even if only as a financial member) and to spread the word that we are looking for volunteers.

Without the fantastic efforts of these people, it would be very difficult to achieve our goals.
